I like to keep track of what items you need to have in your home (i.e. 2 bedrooms minimum) and what you want to have in your home. It’s also my job to let you know when the budget and the list aren’t in line.
Once we’ve got a list of needs and wants, and a mortgage pre-approval we can start to look at homes! I will send you an email every time a new listings that matches your criteria hits the market. This way you never miss a chance at your dream home.
This includes doing a comparative market analysis to ensure you’re not paying more for a home then you should. This also includes other elements of an offers such as closing dates, deposits and conditions of sale.
Once we’ve found your dream home, I arrange any additional viewings of the home we’ve agreed to. But even better I provide you with a moving concierge to help you organize everything you have to do!
